How to get assistance with your order.

Go to the Customer support page

Click on Support in the main menu, then click on Customer support.

This is what the Customer support page would look like.

Choose the type of assistance you need, then click the appropriate button to proceed.

Login needed

In the next page you might be required to be logged in as a registered user.

Proceed to log in or register as a new user.

TOP Number required

You need the TOP Number to get the assistance with your order.

The TOP Number is a unique code with which DOMO identifies all the documentation relating to the life of an order.

The TOP Number is provided to the customer:

  • in the order confirmation email,
  • on the order confirmation document itself,
  • on the packing list,
  • on the invoice.

Insert your TOP Number, then click Search to proceed.

Fill out the form

On the next page a box will appear with the products contained in the order corresponding to the TOP Number entered.

Whether for technical, logistical or administrative assistance, you need to select the type of problem you wish to communicate from a drop-down menu.

In all forms there is a text field in which you must describe your issue in detail.
In addition, you have the option of attaching supporting documents or photos.

The Technical assistance form also requires you to select the product for which you are making a request.

If you need to make multiple requests on the same order, you can open additional forms by clicking on the + button at the bottom of the page (only in the Logistic and Technical assistance forms).

Once you have finished filling out the form, click on the Send button to forward your request.

Once all information is received and the root of the technical issue is fully understood, DOMO will proceed with internal investigation and resolution.
