How to check your order status.

Go to the Order status page

Click on Support in the main menu, then click on Order status.
Alternatively, here is a direct link to the Customer support page:
Login needed

If you are not yet registered or logged in, click on the Sign in button.

Proceed to log in or register as a new user.
TOP Number required
When logged in, this is what the Order status page would look like.

You need the TOP Number to get the informations about your order.
The TOP Number is a unique code with which DOMO identifies all the documentation relating to the life of an order.
The TOP Number is provided to the customer:
- in the order confirmation email,
- on the order confirmation document itself,
- on the packing list,
- on the invoice.
Insert your TOP Number, then click Search to proceed.
Your order status
This box will tell you the progress of the order processing.
